8. Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there is no one available to receive it, the package will be returned to us (Magneto Custom Creations) at the customerâs expense. As we do not accept returns for custom products, we will contact the customer to confirm a correct address for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package.

Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. For this reason, we highly recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
