Shipping Policy


Here in Magneto Custom Creations We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our shipping policy, outlining our processing times, shipping options, and any other details related to getting your order to you safely.


1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Shipping (4-7 Working Days)
- Priority Shipping (3-5 Working Days)
(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Free shipping promotions are subject to change.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time.


5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship out of the United States.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Magneto Custom Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International customers are encouraged to check with their country’s customs office for additional charges and import restrictions before placing an order.



7. Lost Packages
We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your order appears to be lost, please reach out to us at [magnetoelectricsllc@gmail.com] , and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


8. Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there is no one available to receive it, the package will be returned to us (Magneto Custom Creations) at the customer’s expense. As we do not accept returns for custom products, we will contact the customer to confirm a correct address for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package.

 

9. Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. For this reason, we highly recommend choosing a secure delivery address. The shipping company will only mark a package as delivered once it has been brought to the address provided. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we suggest checking with neighbors, reviewing your mailbox, or contacting your local post office for assistance.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please also be aware that any estimated delivery dates provided on our product page are only estimates, based on average delivery times to your location, and are not guaranteed.
